Quoting process

Quotations can be sent via our website, email or by facsimile and are usually returned within 24 hours (business days).

Account management

Jobs are handled from the art, proofing, plate making, printing stage through to the finishing by the pre-press and production managers.

Graphic design

Greg Tapp Printing provides a full design service ranging from concept & completed art through to alterations to existing artwork.

Communication

We have daily communication via phone, email and facsimile with agencies and mail houses.

Proofing and press checks

Digital proofs are recommended for all colour work to minimise the chance of mistakes in any artwork making it through to the final product. Digital proofs can be delivered and picked-up or sent by courier upon request. PDF proofs are also available, being sent direct to your email. Press checks are available upon request. Arrangements can be made with our production staff.

Quality control

All procedures and manufacturing are conducted by skilled, qualified tradespeople. Everything from printing through to folding, finishing, collating, packing and dispatch are supervised by our Production Manager.

Delivery

Free delivery to local businesses is available to account holders. We can deliver throughout Australia and internationally.
